Key Principles

Morning 5:30 AM = sacred. You have ~2h 40m before office. This is prime cognitive time — use it for toughest study (Hindi / CCNA / Web Sec / Trading).

Office breaks = personal time. Your 1h 30m of breaks carry: all 3 family calls (mom morning break, brother at lunch, dad evening break) + all 3 YouTube videos (Polimer is morning at home, MG at lunch, Money Pechu at dinner). This frees your PG evening.

Shuttle Wed/Sat — leave office by 7 PM. Office flex ("plus/minus 2h") is your friend. Use minimum breaks, go directly to court (skip PG), eat snack en route. Accept 6h 15m sleep those nights.

Tue/Fri evening workout = morning bonus. Since you'll exercise tonight, skip morning jog. Use those 40 min for 1.5h morning study instead. Compensates evening study loss.

Mon/Thu are your study-heavy days. No evening commitments → 2h study possible (1h AM + 1h PM) + diary + books. Plan weekly so hardest topics land here.

Sunday is sacred recovery. Only 1 full off day/week (4 weeks/month). Don't fill it with chores. Prioritize: sleep in, long family call, 3.5h deep study, weekly expense review, leisure.

1st Saturday = monthly bonus. Full daytime free + shuttle still on. Use for catching up on study, deep reading, or handling errands you can't fit otherwise.

Diary is non-negotiable. Even 5 lines on shuttle nights. On Sunday, do a proper weekly review. It's your accountability partner.

One week at a time. Don't aim perfect from day 1. Run this for 7 days, note what breaks, adjust. Your body + schedule teach you the real optimum.
